People committed to lose 5 to 10 kg of fat, training intense at least 2-3 times a week and not willing to waste time and money. Looking for something efficient and serious to reach the body they want.
FAQs
Will I have support from the trainer?
You will have support with your trainer via Whatsapp 5 times a week to solve your doubts and help you with the exercises when you train alone or online. On 1 to 1 sessions the trainer is dedicated exclusively to you during 60 minutes.
How many days per week will I train?
Ideally 3 or 4. Depending on your level we could reduce it at the beginning. We need to do some tests to see your level and experience and also to adjust the training program to your daily life and needs. For example: if we train together 2 times per week, I will recommend you to train at the gym or at home another day with the program I would send to you.
What types of fitness equipment do you recommend?
Ideally you train at the gym or if you train at home you need to have at least some weights, a TRX and some elastic bands (investment of around 150 CHF). At the personal training studio in Zurich we have all the equipment you need to improve and test your body weekly.
What happens if I don't like it and I want to cancel?
For 1 to 1 sessions the first session is complementary. Then we commit on a 13,26,39, 52 or 78 package depending on how much time you would need to reach your personal goals.
